How to Get Started with Our Dental Office
Visiting a new dental office can be a nerve-wracking experience, which is why we do everything we can at Auburn Dental Smiles to make things nice and easy. Your First Visit
Your first appointment will have two primary goals: our team will strive to get to know your smile and you as a person so we can fully tailor your care. We’ll take some X-rays of your mouth, and your dentist will talk to you about your dental history and goals before performing an exam. They’ll then share their observations with you, go over your X-rays so you can see what they see, and then work with you to put together an ongoing treatment plan. Once they get your approval and answer all your questions, we’ll bring you back to the front desk.
New Patient Forms
Your time is important, so the last thing we want to do is waste it! Rather than having you fill out our forms after you arrive, you can take care of them ahead of time by downloading them below. When you bring them to your visit, this will allow us to check you in quickly and bring you to the back right away.
